New Faculty & Staff Academy

TASIS Dorado welcomes several new faculty and staff members each year. A comprehensive two-day New Faculty & Staff Academy introduces and integrates these new community members into our school's culture, structure, and relationships. The academy is an ongoing program that encourages professional growth and prepares faculty and staff for a strong, confident start to the new school year committed to student learning and well-being. During these two days, faculty and staff connect our school mission and values to their new role, learn about the many resources available to them as educators, and receive ongoing support from a mentor teacher during their first year. After two engaging days, new faculty and staff leave feeling welcomed, supported, energized, and ready to begin the school year.
