To request any TASIS Dorado Official Documents (transcripts, diplomas, and other official documents) to graduating or departing students and for the End of Academic Year, please log into Veracross and select the Transcript/Academic Reports Request button.

Transcripts for Alumni

Alumni requesting transcripts should complete the form below. The cost for the first transcript is $5.00, with additional copies ordered at the same time available for $2.00 each.

Important: Incomplete forms or insufficient payment will result in delays or the inability to process your request.

Payment Options:

• Online Payment: Pay securely via PayPal directly on this form.
• In-Person Payments: Cash, ATH, check, or money order payments can be made at the TASIS Dorado Finance Office.
• Credit Card Payments: Pay by phone using MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX by contacting Gloria Santiago at 787-796-0440 Ext. 294.
