-November 1, 2025: $660 (second payment)
-December 1, 2025: $660 (third payment)
-January 9, 2026: $660 (fourth payment, last day to cancel for partial refund)
-March 1, 2026: $660 (final payment)

Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• October 1, 2025 Deposit guarantees your child's spot.
• Deposit is NON-refundable.
• Cancellations after January 9, 2026 will not receive a refund.
• Airfare is non-reimbursable and non-transferable.
• Cancellation due to illness: Airfare is non-refundable, Space Camp requires a medical excuse from the child's physician.
• Please make sure to read Space Camp's cancellation policy.
