STEP 1: Please complete and submit the Online Transcript Request Form.

STEP 2: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email once all the required fields are completed. Please print the confirmation email for your records. A copy will be sent to our TASIS Dorado Business Office.

STEP 3: Transcript copies are $5.00 each. Each additional copy ordered at the same time is $2.00.
