Payment/Refund/Cancelation Policy

• An initial deposit is a guarantee that you have saved your spot.
• The deposit is NON-refundable since the airlines and the travel agency required a NON-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations after January 25, 2023, will receive no refund.
• Airfare is non-reimbursable and non-transferable.
• Cancellation due to Covid-19 or illness: Airfare and travel package are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• If the child is decamped due to illness, parents will have to travel to pick up the student at their own expense.
• Students are required to follow everything stated in the Secondary School Policies and Rules.
